The South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) will be hosting a series of three stakeholder engagements to discuss new regulations relating to marine pollution, seafarer welfare and safety.

  • Draft Marine Pollution (BCH Code) Regulations, 2024

  • Draft Merchant Shipping (IGC Code) Regulations, 2024
  • Life-Saving Appliances Regulations, 2024
  • Draft Merchant Shipping/Marine Pollution (IBC Code) Regulations, 2024
