World Aquaculture 2026 Tanzania offers a great opportunity for aquaculture researchers, practitioners, decision makers and other stakeholders to meet, network and discuss all aspects of aquaculture in Africa. Exhibitors from all over the globe are expected to exhibit their products in the state-of-the-art exhibition Center.

FORMAT: Confernce and Exhibition

The World Aquaculture 2026 Tanzania technical program will aim to cover developmental issues including latest research and developmental aspects on aquaculture in Africa and globally. The thematic plenary and technical parallel sessions will comprise submitted oral and poster presentations in English, French, Portuguese and Arabic. WA26T will feature an international trade exhibition, industry forums, student sessions and activities, satellite workshops (and training sessions) and various meetings/forums on aquaculture development in Tanzania and globally. The international conference will be centred around the theme “Aquaculture Driving Blue Transformation”, and will feature lessons learnt from Tanzania and other countries on the role sustainable aquaculture continues to play in building sustainable food systems for economic growth.
